Stayed during Christmas and the light decorations in the area were charming. the room was clean, and the breakfast offered several options including fresh fruits and tasty pastries. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access landmarks and restaurants.
The staff spoke little English and were not very helpful. the room lacked basic amenities, such as extra blankets, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a great location, right next to the parliament and close to all the sightseeing places. the rooms offer a nice view of the city. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided a variety of options. the service was attentive and the staff was helpful in accommodating requests. a good choice for travelers looking for a central and convenient location.
The personnel did not speak English even though it was indicated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location is excellent, as it is near to all the sightseeing places and has easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and homely atmosphere. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, including English. We also enjoyed a good, strong coffee for breakfast.
